Many people hate the thought of going to work on Mondays and some even have panic attacks and heart pangs. The fear associated with facing Mondays is loosely defined as Monday-morning blues factor. Find out how afraid you are about going to work on Mondays.
1.   When the alarm clock goes off on Monday morning, I
     reset it for Tuesday
     threaten it with dismemberment
     yawn, and hit snooze a few times
     get up feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead
