What is the Rapid Jobs Toolkit (RJT)?

Think of the RAPID JOBS TOOLKIT as the best way to find a job. It includes three, scientifically developed tools that are easy to use and are designed to help you get re-employed as quickly as possible.

1. Re-employability Score (RES) helps you find locally available jobs that are a good fit for your profile or are based on your preferences and interests.
2. Individual tests that help you understand your personal strengths, increase your self awareness, and identify your career interests.
3. Once you have completed the RES, BullsEYE Jobfinder shows you the jobs that are your best matches. Apply for the jobs that match you the best!

So how does RJT work?

It's easy. Just follow the simple 4 step process

1. Open your free account
2. Get your Re-employability Score (RES)
   Just click on the Re-employability Score and answer a few simple questions. No one else sees your answers. But a powerful algorithm calculates your score. Change your answers and your score can go up or down.
3. Take personality and career tests
4. Use BullsEYE JobFinder to target jobs that are a good fit for you

Want to see if job hunting is better in a different location?

Simply change the ZIP code to that location. If your score goes up, that's probably a better place to look. And the same thing for industries (the kinds of places where you work) and occupations (the job you work at). Pick a different combination and see which ones work best for you. RES makes this easier to do by showing you occupations that require the same abilities that you used in your last job and industries that employ people with your kind of experience.

Go ahead and add a degree and see what happens. Keep making as many changes as you want until you find your highest score. Then use the BullsEYE Jobfinder to find the jobs that match that score!

What if I'm not sure what I want to do?

That's why we included the personality and career tests. Now you can find out more about yourself simply by selecting a test (they're all there on your account page ready to take). Take one, two, ten... as many and as often as you want. Best of all, you don't have to wait for the answers. Like the Re-employability Score and the BullsEYE job finder, all results are delivered to your computer screen in a matter of minutes and automatically stored on your private accounts page. So you, and you alone, can have them at your fingertips.

What about my privacy? How do I know that nobody is looking at my responses?

The RapidJobs Toolkit was invented by Scorelogix with your privacy in mind and is run on secure and firewall protected servers. Your username and data is stored in a secure environment and is kept highly confidential, and your password is encrypted such that no one can see that, plus we don't share or sell any personal data to 3rd parties. Additionally, we don't need your name, house number or street name, social security number, or anything that tells us who you are. So even if someone tried to find out how you answered questions, there is no way to connect your information with you. Simply put, unless you share your username and password, there is no way to find your results. RJT is a tool for you and you alone!
